As Founder & CEO, Harish is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction, shaping its product and technology roadmap, and ensuring disciplined execution across growth, delivery, and operations. He works closely with customers, partners, and internal leadership to translate market needs into scalable solutions, while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence, customer outcomes, and long-term value creation.

With a deep understanding of how technology, data, and process intersect, Harish is known for building resilient organizations, fostering high-performing teams, and driving sustainable growth. He leads with a pragmatic, data-driven approach, balancing innovation with execution rigor to create businesses that are adaptable, scalable, and built for long-term success.
Felicita L.

COO

With close to 35 years of experience driving commercial strategy, operational excellence, and revenue growth, Felicita brings deep expertise across international B2C and B2B markets, last serving as Principal Consultant to fintech clients across Asia. She specializes in building efficient, scalable operations by defining and executing strategic digital ecosystem plans that integrate consumer insights, innovation, technology, and cost optimization to strengthen business performance.

As a COO-level leader, she works seamlessly across Brand Marketing, Customer Experience, Acquisition, Lifecycle, Affiliate Management, Product & Technology, and Design teams to ensure cohesive execution and achievement of business OKRs. 

She partners closely with shareholders and C-suite executives to provide direction, enhance operational discipline, and deliver measurable outcomes. Dynamic and collaborative, she fosters high-performing teams, embraces transformation, and applies a data-driven mindset to consistently elevate results.
Rishabh S.

Head of Legal / M&A

Rishabh is a corporate, investments and M&A lawyer with over 13 years of experience across venture capital, private equity, technology, fintech, media & entertainment, SaaS, and digital commerce businesses, combining deep legal expertise with hands-on business and start-up leadership. Rishabh has worked with reputed international law firms in India and UK as a corporate lawyer. He also brings founder-level experience of building, and scaling start-ups, with a deep understanding of both legal and commercial drivers enabling him to deliver commercially grounded, execution-focused legal and strategic counsel to boards, investors, and leadership teams. He has advised several marquee Venture Capital and Private Equity Funds in their transactions in the Asian regions including SoftBank, Tencent, Naspers and advised their portfolio companies closely.

He closely partners with founders and management teams on corporate structuring, M&A, fundraising, start-up incubation, governance, and regulatory strategy, while remaining actively involved in business planning, portfolio growth, and execution of long-term strategic objectives.

He brings a strong track record of building scalable platforms, launching complex initiatives, and translating technical capabilities into commercial outcomes across diverse markets and industries.

As Head of Business Development, Dhruv is responsible for spearheading growth strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and forging strategic partnerships that accelerate revenue and long-term value creation. Known for his structured, execution-driven approach, Dhruv combines deep operational insight with a strong commercial mindset. He excels at navigating cross-border engagements, managing multi-stakeholder relationships, and driving initiatives from concept through scale, enabling sustainable growth and impactful client outcomes.

Sudeepta is an accomplished operations leader with over 20 years of experience spanning Operations, Customer Success, Product, Business Intelligence, and Consulting, working with globally distributed teams across multiple regions. With a hands-on leadership style, he balances operational rigor with adaptability thus making him a key driver of efficiency, accountability, and sustained business performance.
